Walking Each Other Home: A Community Breathe Led by Kim Schultz

Sometimes we simply need a place to pause—to step away from the noise, turn inward, breathe, and come home to ourselves. Join Kim Schultz for a gentle community breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, settle your nervous system, and listen to what is stirring within you. Our time together will include intention setting, conscious breathing, and a facilitated debrief. Using long, slow, conscious breaths, we'll create space to soften, release, and reconnect with ourselves. There is something powerful about breathing together. Each of us arrives with our own intentions, experiences, and hopes, but when we gather in community, we create a shared space that can hold and amplify those intentions. We do our own inner work, but we don't have to do it alone. In many ways, we are walking each other home. No previous breathwork experience is necessary. Come as you are and bring a water bottle, journal, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and cozy. Space is limited. Cost $30. Text or call 970-560-1075 to register.
