Intuitive Slow Flow Yoga

Flora Morgan is a passionate teacher and student of yoga and
mindfulness, a poet, and mental health advocate. She originally comes
from the lush forests of the Pacific Northwest and now finds community
in the Southwest. Her goal is to bring accessibility and innate
reflection for all. She provides clear alignment-based cueing coupled
with an informed and heart centered approach. You will find a calm and
intuitively focused energy in each of her classes and always be met
with a friendly demeanor, be encouraged to practice in a way that
feels authentic to you, and will be safely guided through an
intentional sequence. Some of her favorite modalities of practice
include visualization meditation, yin yoga, slow Hatha and Vinyasa
style flows, as well as instilling a poetic essence into each
offering. She is also available for private therapeutic or coaching
sessions surrounding intuitive connection and care within the body,
mind, and soul.

Intuitive Slow Flow- Tuesdays from 6p - 7:15p
Class Description: Her classes start out with a mindful meditation
practice and begin movement that is slow and easeful, building through
time. You will find a mix of floor poses and standing poses that offer
strength and balance. This class may get creative with a combination
of flow and rest. Come with the invitation of reflection, getting into
your body, listening to a poem or two, and enjoying some flowy
movement. Bring blocks and props if you’d like. All are welcome!
