FAT OL'LADY YOGA

Fat Ol’Lady Yoga is a slow, meditative yoga great for beginners and anyone looking to strengthen their breathing capacities as well as experiencing a relaxing, spiritual retreat from the world today. Yoga Teacher Kat Berner has studied many spiritual paths and draws on them  to create a very calming and grounded environment in her classes. Kat taught this form of yoga to all ages in Upstate New York for many years before moving to Colorado. She taught at colleges and schools, in nursing homes, and with Developmentally Disabled persons alongside physical therapists.

Chair yoga is available for those who desire it. Dress in loose fitting, comfortable clothing and bring water, a yoga mat, and a blanket to class. Donation: $15-25. For more info and to sign up contact Kat at gaia34@yahoo.com. All are welcome!
