This cousin to Slippery Elm offers support from gut health to wound care and beyond… Come and connect with this graceful, bold and beautiful tree in an experiential way! We will learn while sipping elm tea, munching on a delicious slippery elm snack, and making medicine from the inner bark!

Kristina is a clinical herbalist and integrative nutrition health coach. She is passionate about connecting people with plants and the earth and believes that connection, in general, is one of the most powerful medicines. Chloe Fae is a forager and wild foods chef, she runs Feed the Wyld, where she offers catering and personal chef services. Her inspiration and way of living are deeply woven with her relationships with the land and wild beings. She enjoys nourishing her community with local, whole, wild foods.
